My name is Haley Sherrell and I am an art education major. For this project I selected a range of photos depicting interests of mine or qualities of my personality. I chose to include the Netflix logo because whenever I have time to relax I choose to watch some of my favorite series. I chose two photos that depicted flowers. One photo has a photo of a lilac tree because lilacs are my favorite flower. The other photo depicts forget-me-nots because I love what those flowers represent. I included a picture of the Colosseum in Rome and the Eiffel Tower in Paris. One of my goals is to travel to Europe to see both of these monuments in person. I included an image of books because one hobby of mine is reading, especially romance novels. I included an image of a concert setting because I absolutely love going to concerts, it doesn't matter if I even know the artist but the environment and energy in concerts is unmatched. I included the picture of the dog because I have a blue heeler named Raven who I love very much. I also included the image of the Converse shoes because I wear my pair of black Converse everyday. I chose the Polaroid camera and the polaroid images because I love taking photos, especially when I can have them instantly from a polaroid. I chose the airplane because I love to travel and I chose the marble sculpture because I am fascinated by how sculptors are able to make such realistic features using marble. I chose the pizza because it is my favorite food and I included the smiley faces because I tend to be a happy person. Finally I chose the record because I own a record player and I enjoy listening to music on vinyl. All of these images represent some part of my personality which adds up to create who I am as a person. Without most of these things I wouldn't be me.
